Halfords - Scarborough

Great service. Up visiting for the weekend and a headlight bulb blew on sat evening. Ordered a set of bulbs with fitting that night. Popped Down the next day and a lovely young lady (I didnt catch her name) came out and had them both changed within 5 mins. Very impressive given there was that little room to access the bulbs, last time, I had to take the lights out. Bulbs are great too

Went in to purchase two wipers for my car. Started fitting them on their car park only to realise one blade was missing two of the three fitting adapter clips. Went back in to be told they can't do anything as other boxed blades on the shelf had been previously opened and fittings stolen. OK, we all know their is going to be things stolen, but this blade was nearly 35 and to be told they were not going to give a solution was unexpected. I asked for a refund which was done, but because I'd paid on card, it would now take up to 10 days to get into my account. Came away disgusted. I will visit another Halfords only to get the matching blade, but after that I will always purchase from Amazon.
