Lovely hotel, very comfortable, fantastic service especially at breakfast - the guy who serves breakfast is cheerful, polite and very helpful, made us feel very much at home. The location has stunning views, it's a shame the immediate neighbourhood is a bit run down but there are shops nearby and it's a short walk either into town, South Bay and Peasholm park so very convenient for exploring the town. Would definitely come back here!

Nice family run B&B. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bar area is a nice touch. Rooms are not cleaned daily which may put off some, but we preferred that as we didnt feel pressured to get out of the way at certain times. Yea and Coffee, toilet rolls etc were all available to collect when required. Nice views over North Bay but not too far from South Bay attractions. The only negative, not exclusive to this place, is that parking can be difficult at times and a bit confusing if you dont know the local system.

Very nice family run place on the seafront. We could see the Scarborough castle from our room and the whole of the North Bay. Got a very rare opportunity of seeing a rainbow over the sea. The business ran an Honesty Bar and the guests could pay for their drinks in the following morning. First time we came across this facility in a B&B place. The smiles of the two sons helping their parents in the morning to serve us the excellent breakfast brightened our day. We understand the shortage of staff in the hospitality industry. Cleaning the room for guests staying in for more than 4 days, it should be essential to get the bins emptied and attended to the room without having to ask for it. Guests are paying for the service.
