        Ok so at first you'll think this is just a good quality B&B. But then you'll quickly realise that Donna and Mike have extra special powers. They wear secret capes underneath their everyday clothes. Donna is designing the calmest, cleanest most zen rooms for your stay whilst Mike is some sort of angel of breakfasts. The guy is insane - the freshest tastiest hottest eggs, the most delicious bacon and black pudding and sausage... If I could recommend any of the B&Bs with the views in Scarborough this would be the number 1 - ask for the sea view rooms especially with the beds that face the sea as they are BEAUTIFUL! Crazy good stay! You'd be crazy not to try and get a room at Phoenix Court first. Best B&B by a mile.
