comfy very clean tidy
Walkability: not far from town or near park
Food & drinks: breakfast was amazing was really nice me n my 3 kids really enjoyed it.

Breakfast was lovely with plenty to offer and more then enough for your appetite.
We mentioned in passing that we were there for my wifes birthday and arrived to a bottle of Prosecco left for free in the room. Great location, just 10 min walk to the open air theatre or 15/20 walk into town.
We will defiantly be back.
Dont stay anywhere else in Scarborough. Just here.
