        We had a lovely 3 nights stay in Armrock while visiting Flamingo Land and exploring Scarborough. John was very kind and helpful and made sure that we are happy at all times.We had breakfast each morning at the lovely coffe down the road provided by John and room was clean daily. We will be staying here again whenever visiting Scarborough again. Thank you John for being so caring and all the best.

        John made us feel really welcome from the very first moment we stepped in the house.we had booked a small double room for 3 nights but was upgraded free of charge. It was our wedding anniversary too and John brought 2 glasses and a bottle free off charge again. John told us where cafes and fish and chips were and told us anything we wanted just ask .What more could we ask for it was a lovely ensuite comfortable room close to all places ie: park theatre beach. Will be returning asap . Thank you John xx Paul and Helen
