        Excellent service and advice by Jane today. After getting so fed up with my dry and static coloured hair that bunches into knots within hours after washing, I decided to seek out some advice on Opalax. Jane helped me choose the right products with obviously great knowledge on them all. All Sallys staff are fab and they never up-sell 5 stars all round

        Went in after looking for a product and just felt snubbed and laughed at when I said what product I'd used for not using the expensive stuff. Talked down to me and made me feel awful for having used the 'wrong' product and said everyone goes to them to fix it after it went wrong. Well I don't think it went wrong but she clearly did. I got recommended something by a friend and got chortled at for it being supermarket cheap, sorry but not everyone has a vocabulary and knows what there on about. Walked out in tears and it is very rare that happens but it really made me feel small. Talk about upper class snobbery.

        Rude is the only word I can use to describe the staff at Sallys in Scarborough. Ive been going to Sallys since I was about 16 and Ive honestly never met such rude and horrible staff that also did not know anything about hair products. Such a shame because the vast majority of Sallys have lovely staff who are more than happy to help and are educated on the service they provide. Will never step foot in the one in Scarborough ever again and if I could give them no stars I happily would.
