        changed my iPhone over the weekend, and the banking app hasn't worked since so I have been attempting to get it sorted.After many calls being cut offend wrong information from this branch I'm still no nearer to getting sorted out.I rely on the app to pay my bills which are due now.Im still waiting for some code to be sent to me.Not impressed at all.Think its time to switch banks they do not value my business.

        The bank has gone down hill dramatically not worth opening a account there i would recommend opening on somewhere else which i am ive already closed my account to go somewhere else they are no help what so ever
