Staff very approachable and helpful, although feel sorry for them they always seem short staffed. Can't fault Santander and it's product range. Frustratingly machine ate my cash today when depositing, but staff quickly lodged a dispute and hopefully be sorted out by the morning.

Went in and asked to speak to someone about mortgages. Bizarrely was told that there is no one in branch (ever) who can do that and I would have to phone a number. NOT acceptable. As no rapport can be established over the phone I made it clear I wasn't happy and walked.
