His wife argues with the clients using inappropriate language and threats and he always hangs up when we call him also he doesnt get any of the important work done.
When we call and ask for a discussion appointment he gives us 5 minutes only and if ur lucky u will get that 5 minutes.
Tells us he has the work done and when we call structural engineer he says nothing was sent to him and the same happened with the council etc.
When the council email him(because they never get through to him)to send the work over he ignores them and at some points we started doing the work for him by sending as much information as we have.
They never ever answer their phone or the office phone and he is always giving excuses.
Just wanted to warn anyone who is looking for an architect, this is not the company you need they dont do anything other than waste you building time and grab your money.
