This Company is making unsolicited cold calls in breech of TPS regulations. On being notified of such they immediately terminated the call. Unacceptable behaviour by any professional organisation.

We moved into a property which has a biomass boiler fitted and serviced by Adam. On moving in it was evident that the boiler was not regulating pressure and wasn't working. I rang Adam ASAP and explained that we had a 2 year old, no heating and a damp old house. Adam said he knew what the problem was and would order the part from Italy right away, he said he'd be with us in a week. The week came and went, another phone call and were told the part was on its way and he'd ring as soon as it landed. I reminded him we had a 2 year old who was developing a bad chest due to no heating. He said he would be in touch. To cut a long story short this was in April and it's now August and I'm still waiting for that phone call. We rang at least once a week to chase this up and were fobbed off each time . I ended up ringing another local company and they came out the very next day and resolved the issue (no part from Italy needed) Absolutely shocking service, especially with full knowledge of having a baby in the house! We will never contact them again.

Disgraceful dangerous installation of undersized boiler not suitable for house only warm at best. Installed 8 mtrs away from main house pipe work and boiler on outside Uninsulated wall. With pipe work uninsulated in loft space of extension so barely warm by the time the pipes get to heat main house. NO ventilation in cylinder room causing major damage to ceiling and joist and walls. Said 18kw boiler but only fitted a 14 kw boiler so having to run at full power to try n warm house causing excessive use of pellets 300 a month :-( ... FIVE 5 leaks to boiler and cylinder. Wrong motherboard fitted had to get new suitable one. Hot water tank Much to small to keep constant hot water and heating. Have to have coal fire on to sufficiently heat house. See photos
