        Charger worked fine though nowhere near the 150kw advertised. However, didn't show up on the app so couldn't use the app at all.

        One machine known out of order for weeks per zap-map. But machine not labelled as out of order. Maximum stay 1 hour which is not enough to get 10% to 100% to get me home. Machines say give feedback to shell customer service but theres no location ID so you cant give feedback. I called shell technical support and they said yes knob problem I get the impression Shell dont care. Oh and theres a nasty smell of sewage here too. I am not impressed.
