Woeful service. Prescription dropped off on 6 September, with a promise of a text to advise when available for collection. 21 September - no text, no prescription. Phone call to pharmacy revealed they were unable to source the medication. Only at our insistence did they agree to continue to try and source the medication. In the meantime we were offered a less potent version and advised that it was ready to collect. Just got back from the pharmacy - they would not give it to us because the pharmacist was not in the building!!!!! Pitiful

They refused my prescription because the doctor who wrote it was French even though it was written in English. This happened twice.

I would like to thank all the very helpful staff at the pharmacy today. The young counter assistant gave me such an informed explanation of the procedure a repeat prescription request goes through. Please take on board that it may take 5 to 7 working days from when you hand in your repeat requests. Other factors come into the reason you may have to wait such as doctor authorisation and deliveries getting through on time. The dispensers are always busy and work as fast as they can with only one pharmacist to check every prescription that leaves the pharmacy. Please be patient with the hard working staff, who always do the best that they can. Hats off to you lovely ladies. Keep up the good work.

I've not used the pharmacy in a while due to rude staff and bad experiences previously so I order my regular prescriptions online because of this which is crazy as I live a stones throw from here. Clearly I'm not the only one who thinks the staff could do with some customer service training. My son had fallen over and had a large bleeding gash in his leg which had torn his trousers.... I wanted to check with the pharmacist if he needed stitches and what I could put on it if he didn't. We parked up at the back of the pharmacy as I didn't want to leave my son in the car and he couldn't walk far and an older lady staff member very abruptly came over and said "This is private property you can't park here" I said I just need to pop into the pharmacy with my son at which point she spat back "this car park isn't for customers park somewhere else" and walked off!! Had she have stopped to listen and been more understanding with a better attitude and tone maybe she would have seen the reason for my parking there. I fear tho it would have fell on deaf ears.... how can you have a health care and customer servicebased job and speak to people like that'! It just solidified the reason why I I go in there and i know I'm not the only one. I travelled to Leiston and my son DID need butterfly stitches. A little bit of a caring attitude would have gone a long way! Never again!
