Hugely helpful in replacing a tyre for me at short notice, saving a short cycling break from being ruined in doing so. They're knowledgeable and friendly people, I recommend to tourists and locals alike.

I was on holiday in lovely Suffolk with my kids and had the unfortunate experience of the saddle snapping off my mountain bike ! This has never happened in 30+ years of cycling. I found Sax online and visited them early with my patched up bike, the Dad of the shop drove home to see if he had another stem but with no luck managed to find a strong bolt and fixed the bike on the spot. Really helpful and nice family business, thanks for your help and if i was local i would be back in for my ongoing cycling needs especially with the Sax name thanks again!

Friendly bike hire in the centre of Saxmundham. Hired bikes for the family for the week and had a great time cycling around the local area. Bikes are good value and the owner and staff very friendly and helpful. We wanted to swap one of the bikes at the end of our first day of riding which Charlie did for us the same day and even drooped it round to our rental accomodation for us. Definitely recommend.

This was the first time I had entered a Vape shop, it was a bit overwhelming with so many choices of vape's and juices. I have been vapeing about 3 years and wanted a upgrade from my basic vape. I needed something strong because I am always dropping in a smashing my tank. The man who works there was so helpful he new exactly what I needed and he set it up for me, I have rearly experienced this level of customer service. Thank you so much for all your help. Will be back every week for a top up.
