    Once they have you, they know they have you over a barrel as it would be a lot of work to move your database and then they know how to charge! Horrible customer service and completely inflexible despite spending 10s of thousands with them. Will be looking for a new database supplier and my advice is if you havent started with them, dont.

    If you are thinking about potentially spending thousands of pounds on a an ecommerce software system for your online business, then I would seriously think twice about purchasing software from Orderwise ( Wise Software UK Ltd ). We are now 2 years into installation and still having problems. We even opted to pay an extra 6000 per year for advanced support but even thats not worth the money spent as they just do not respond or react in a professional or satisfying manner at all. Any time you have an issue, you generally have to pay to get it sorted and the standard amount seems to be at around 1500.00. They will then choose when they want to speak to you and how they want to react and can take up to 3 months to get issues resolved. Thats if they get an issue resolved at all. I find that they behave in a manor which seems to put them above and beyond everyone else, even their customers. They make you feel beholdent to them with their god like powers they seem to want to exact on you. We put a support ticket through, in January 2022 for an issue that we found important as its meant that we have to manually manipulate " every single order " that Orderwise pulls into its system from our website and that issue is still ongoing. I dont normally write reviews, but I am at the end of my tether so just feel the need to share and warn. Go elsewhere, seriously, go elsewhere! Director Poly Postal Packaging Limited

    System full of issues and extremely slow at responding to support requests. Lacks the basic functions required to run my warehouse efficiently and if we need to make any changes no matter how small they just ask for development money. Avoid at all costs!

    Having used this software for over a year I would not recommend . There is a new issue every day ,I work in IT and the way its been built isnt good. I would opt for a cloud based system as if you get issues they try and charge you to resolve it !! Not worth the money Moved back to linnworks few months ago

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS Not a good multi channel software Had nothing but a nightmare Having paid over 100k for a "Bespoke Scalable Multi-Channel eCommerce Integration" Everything it is not Almost Every week I have a new issue If you are selling on multiple platforms like eBay and Amazon,mano mano,etsy this is NOT the software for you I sell on eBay and I have still not had a working Integration Since April so almost a Year .I had paid for Etsy and this was later advised they couldn't integrate, MANO MANO - No API integration Onbuy has not worked since the start and still having issues ,Almost every multi channel platform I have had or still having issues with EXTRA CHARGES - EVERYTHING IS CHARGEABLE Whatever you need will be bespoke to your business and will need development at a cost. I have paid for some of this and still have issues When a new sales channel brings out a NEW APi they react to it slow then say its the channels fault ,Then ask for money as its bespoke development To use this you will definitely need a support package which is 12k a year ( I will go into further detail about this ) Having paid over 100k you would expect to be able to use with most sales channels, WRONG Any new channels you will need to pay a "development" fee and if you do pay they will try get it up and working for 6 months They are quite greedy for money and constantly stating things will need charges and its not cheap "claiming its not part of the "licence" SUPPORT - Dont get scammed into thinking this is a lifetime software - the salesman convinces you it is but actually youll need to pay for support every year.12k Per year We have submitted tickets last week and its Wednesday and not had responses. There is NO phone support that you can call to speak to somebody when you call you are told somebody would get back to you and you wait for hours/days with no call back. There is no way to track your cases you have raised and as there is so many issues it gets confusing I have been mis-sold this software and I want my money back I have not got what I paid for and I feel this has ruined my business WORST DECISION I HAVE MADE GOING WITH ORDERWISE
