        My 5 stars go fully and wholeheartedly to the young lady who helped me with my paperwork just now ~ she absolutely went above and beyond and helped me sort out, what I'd found to be a difficult situation. I turned up in an absolute state, literally minutes before the PO was about to close. Her calm demeanour calmed me, she helped me with the form (I was in such a state, I could hardly write!) But we did it, everything was sorted and she was so lovely she absolutely has to be recognised, so Thank you so much, you helped me immensely, I really appreciated your help.

        Useless, they are meant to close at 5:30pm but close early. I turned up at 5:28pm to collect a click and collect parcel and the closed signs were on, the girl had cashed up and refused to serve me. Terrible customer service!!

        Went to exchange left over currency I got via the post office delivery to home service only to be told I couldnt as they only exchange currency got direct from them. Have done it there several times before and post office site says they should do it there.

        Apsolutely unhelpful lady there. Charged teice fot postage. Very unhelpful. Should NOT be working in customer service job. No etiqyette or customer service skills at all. What a cow
