Have contacted the surgery about a repeat referral , but unfortunately, every suggestion to save time and money was met with a no , one standard answer of no does not fit all in this case. A more can do attitude would be great.

Decided to edit my review. Both my partner and I have had great service over the last 6 years for minor ailments. So why 5 to 1 star? Recently my partner had some scans pertaining to a chronic condition. Although inconclusive they did show an unrelated (probably) issues with another organ. Oblivious to the findings my partner was informed that the Dr would phone the following morning to discuss the results. As it was a phone call we were confident the issue would be minor. What transpired is that my partner was phoned, at work, by the Practice Nurse to inform her that potentially (and I pray not) she may have one of the most aggressive forms of cancers. Obviously stunned, and on her own, that she was unable to ask questions, nor was advice offered. She's now in bits. Luckily Dr Google has provided us with some info that this practice didn't, which has gone someway to calming my partners anxiety. So due to the lack of 1-2-1 support, failure to explain what the results meant my in-laws my partners employers and I are picking up the slack for researching, informing and support. Truly terrible health care from an organisation that wants public sympathy.
