Lucy Mather Holistic Therapy

Lucy is a wonderful therapist. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and safe in the knowledge that Lucy knew what type of treatment would be best for my issues. She made a blend of aromatherapy oils to suit, and the massage (combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue for me) was exceptionally good. I have been for lots of massages over the years, in varying locations around the world, and I would rate Lucys in my top 5! The couch was heated and super comfy with extra supports in all the right places (so important to me to be comfortable), the speed of the massage the pressure she uses is just right! There is not one thing Id change! Well, maybe to have stayed for longer then my booked hour! I have had issues of insomnia for years, and for the past few weeks its been pretty bad. I came home in the afternoon feeling super relaxed, and last night I slept the best Ive slept in weeks! I really needed that and feel so much better on waking today. The tension in my shoulders is greatly diminished. Ill be going back for a few more treatments before making this is a regular thing (perhaps every month or 6 weeks). Everybody feeling stressed should consider an aromatherapy massage in my opinion. In fact Ive already recommended Lucy to my sister and a friend. Thanks Lucy

Another wonderfully relaxing time with Lucy. The GuaSha facial treatment is super - & leaves my skin feeling refreshed & glowing. I would thoroughly recommend you have a go!

Just had a massage, it was amazing!!! I would very highly recommend. Cannot wait to book in again and try some other treatments. Lucys treatment room is beautiful, very relaxing. Parking is easy too. :-) Thank you again Lucy!!!
