        The little firelighters are a brilliant invention! Never fail, no smell and so simple to use. You only need one, even in my massive log burner, so reasonably priced too.

        Took time out to locate the place after local pub recommended terravesta products for heating. On arrival I made my way to reception. Receptionist appeared to be a little clueless as to what terrace vesta products were. She had to make a phone call to find out where products were kept as they are not on site! Also informed me that as the products are under lock and key somewhere but not sure where. TWO QUESTIONS. .1 HOW CAN WE GET TERRA VESTA PRODUCTS ? 2 WHERE DO THESE INEPT RECEPTIONISTS COME FROM ?
