Contacted Steve at Batribike with a fault on my Granite Pro and returned it to them 2 weeks before warranty expires. They found the fault and replaced the rear wheel and motor all within 30 minutes thanks to the young lady tech who I believe was called Debbie. Excellent service and would recommend highly.

I purchased my Batribike Delta plus in July and I'm delighted with it. I have the crank drive 70nm model, and the torque is such that I've never stood up for a hill! I've riden over 1000km now and there's no faults or issues. It's annoying the assist cuts out at 15mph, but that's a legal compliance thing and not the fault of Batribike, more Grant Shapps really!!!! Highly recommend their e-bikes, really good for the price, nice spec and discreet battery in frame combined with no screens means it doesn't look like an e-bike. My only minor complaint is that they seem reluctant to have a spares department at the top of the company directly and request you contact your local dealer for spares. Mine had a dud email address and it was only when I contacted "Promovec" that I could obtain a spare part via Batribike directly so I feel this could use some improvement. It's 5 stars because the product is really good and they did supply the part I wanted. Highly recommended. My update at 5000km+, still good! Done wheel bearing and pedal bearing from riding in the rain, but no water ingress to the running gear.

Ordered a new Batribike Vista X from a dealer. On receiving bike direct from Batribike the only method of removing battery is to turn bike upside down and lever out of frame. When battery is refitted battery appears to lock securely back into frame then begins to slide out on riding. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. On contacted Batribike after sales manager does not appear to be interested in fixing. Wish I hadn't purchased this poor design. --1 WEEK ON FROM INITIAL REVIEW ABOVE-- Hi Steve, Further to your feedback and instructions I have contacted bike shop regarding getting a slot to bring bike in for repair. They informed me they will call me when there workload frees up which is a rather open ended statement! Disappointed that I have purchased a bike which I can't use, due to battery falling out of frame! On a bike which is less than two months old I expected a faster resolution especially when Batribike advertise a three year warranty which is also transferable. Can you offer any support to get this bike repaired?
