Saxham Calor Gas Centre

Since winter 2022 their deliveries have been dismal. 2 weeks wait! Not acceptable! I have now changed to E A Gas. Goodbye Calor change your priorities for long term customers.

This company is dreadful, we have been waiting for gas since the 21st Jan 23. Trying to get an answer from someone on what is happening is a joke. Speaking with some lady at the depot yesterday who said i could speak to the experience manager only to be put on the automation number system for over an hour just added to the frustration. Th problem is they just do not care as they know you are stuck as we have their gas tanks. If anyone has a customer care number or details who i can escalate my frustration to, please populate.

Rejected my load but to be fair the guys were great.. Bit muddy by the stores otherwise ok

Tried calling yesterday, phone rang forever then answer phone kicked in and I left a message. No one has called back. I have tried again this morning ..phone rings and rings. Shocking that any organisation an just let a telephone ring. Dont you need the business? Or are you perhaps hoarding and driving up the prices.? People just want to order gas.you sell gas. So might I suggest you actually perform that function?
