I have never had any procedure like this before and was very nervous. Yvette immediately put me at ease, even when I had forgotten to apply my numbing cream before arriving, she altered the appointment plan to accommodate this. Yvette explained everything as she went along and I trusted everything she was advising. She worked with me to find the shape and colour that best suited my face. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The aftercare advice was very thorough and Ive since had messages from her checking how the process is going. I am 52 and I arrived for my appointment feeling very nervous and thinking, OMG what am I doing at my age getting permanent brows and eyeliner. Yvette noticed how nervous I was and put me at ease explaining everything again. I hardly had any eyebrows and really didn't know what I wanted. Yvette spent a long time drawing them on me, making sure they were perfect. It was so different to what I had but the new brows totally changed my face, opening up my eyes. She proceeded with the treatment, which was pain free, feels a bit sore, but I am sensitive. Anyway, I am so happy with the results. Love waking up in the morning with brows and eyeliner. Yvette is a miracle worker. She listened to what I wanted and improved on what was already there. I had my brows done and a previous artist had thinned my eyebrows and made them blocky whereas Yvette created what can only be described as a work of art! I will definitely be coming back in the future to have other work done. Highly recommended

Yvette is an absolute professional at what she does! I felt comfortable from the minute I met her and am so happy with the outcome of my treatment. Her clinic room is the perfect balance of clean and clinical and homely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for treatments.
