        Could never get an actual appointment here, they do not do walk in appointments and are extremely rude on the phone. Switched here for convenience, switching back for quality.

        This practise has turned into a joke since covid I phoned at 8am this morning and didnt get through until 8.40 When finally someone decided to answer the phone when asked if i could see a doctor was told theres no appointments left for today phone back tomorrow its been like this for the last two week So thanks for caring about your patients not If you cant see a doctor whats the point of having a surgery The receptionist didnt even try to help thank god no one was severly ill or dying Useless bunch

        This place has now become a joke the Doctors are some of if not the best around but the reception staff are rude and very unhelpful. I would go as far as to say that I have been flat out lied to by them. If you are looking for a local Doctors go elsewhere as it is not worth talking with the reception staff.

        Went in Receptionist said their not allowed to book face to face any more so they run like an online service so don't waste your time going down, I found 101 is a more efficient service and they can prescribe
