It's been over a month since I brought my new van from Prime Vehicle Sales, and I cant fault any part of the purchase at all. The vehicle is exactly what I had hoped for. But more importantly to me the whole experience was stress free and smooth. I recieved regular updates and communication, and from the minute I walked through the door I was treated like a valued customer and not just another tick on a sales board. Its purchasing a vehicle how it used to be when customer service was key.

I couldnt be happier with my experience. Prime Vehicle sales were friendly and helpful throughout the process. They even picked me up from the local train station to collect the car. The car was in excellent condition and the handover was easy. This is how used car buying should be.
