Pre-booked taxi on card, at the last minute the company emailed and cancelled the collection. We were left waiting for hours.

I called the company 1 day in advance to book a taxi for my guests, they were arriving from London and needed transportation to Duxford museum. The lady on the phone assured me that there is no need to book it as they are always available. However, when my guests arrived to the station and tried to call the company they have been told that they will need to wait at least 45 minutes for next available cab?? Later during that day, they have called the same company to bring them back to the station, the driver took another passenger instead of my guests who actually booked it. They told me that at least the drivers were polite and the car was nice.
