The last few months. They say there is a brand issue but when you collect the rest its the same brand they said has run out. Theres a stock issue every month now and when i put in an urgent request due to me having a few days left and will withdraw they often forget and dont have it ready. Ive been to collect my sons prescription a few times and they have said to come back tomorrow as they close in 10 minutes or told its not there when the drs track it online as being with boots. Very poor service now. I hear the same issues with other people waiting.
