I cannot recommend proctors enough, I am a British Army veteran who fell on bad times becoming homeless where proctors stored my possessions and responded the morning of the call, their staff where highly professional, went out their way to help me and never once judged me for becoming homeless, if that wasn't enough I was signed off work with injuries sustained whilst in the forces with also a new diagnoses of other health issues, whilst my mental health and PTSD suffered badly, also the same as everyone else dealing with Covid. 2 weeks ago I emailed proctors to see if they still had my possessions (as I am not homeless anymore). I received an email back from Sophie and several email's later i was at a loss as I couldn't afford the fee's that had built up, and accepted that I wouldn't get my possessions back. Then out of the blue I received an email from Sophie who took it upon herself to speak to her Group Manager James Henry who told Sophie that Proctors are very keen to help me where they can as I am a veteran who hit rock bottom. Sophie went way above and beyond her duties and I will never be able to thank her and James enough as long as I live, I will shortly be reunited with my possessions, they say hero's wear capes, the staff at Proctors are the real hero's .

We used Proctors to movel locally. They were fantastic. Professional, polite, and friendly. We highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we move. The packing service was excellent value for money in our view! A small team carefully packed up our apartment into boxes the day before, and on the day a team of 4 moved us out and into the new house in a matter of hours. They disassembled and reassembled anything that needed it, and everything arrived in one piece. And they did everything with a smile. Couldn't ask for any more!

We were extremely pleased with Proctors during our recent move. At the beginning Chris was friendly, quick and helpful in visiting us to give a quote. Kirsty and Sophie in the office were very friendly, helpful and efficient at all times, even though we had to change our moving date a few times. And on the moving day the team of Matt, Charlie and Paul were brilliant - they were polite, friendly and hard-working in all they did. We particularly appreciated how they dismantled and reassembled our wardrobes and beds. I definitely recommend Proctors.
