Did a good enough job but extortionately expensive. Lots of hidden costs for parts, some of which feel like they should be part of the service. 3 for a test strip! Surlybthat should be part of the service charge. They also quote everything excluding VAT which is infuriating given most people dont have a way to claim VAT back. Thinking perhaps I should invoice them for the cuppa I made for the engineer. Will be looking for alternate next year as cant be paying 400-500 every year for routine service.
