I can not recommend Susannah enough! She completely understands both nanny and family and matches accordingly. She was willing to work around my current work schedule and answered any questions I had, no matter how long the list was. Now I look forward to working with my new nanny family! I cannot recommend Susannah more highly as through her agency, we found a wonderful nanny for our baby and we cannot all be more happy. Susannah is amazing help, very empathetic and understanding, always responsive, very organised and pays attention to detail - but most of all, through the entire process, she always made sure to pay attention to our baby's needs and that was the central focus of her work. I could not recommend Bee's Knees more - it really is not a traditional agency, but more a personalised help with finding childcare!
