Very bad experience with this company especially with the instructor Ian Edwards. if you want help with parking do not think;run. help and support with anything really isnt the best i did 30 hours of practically just driving locally and not properly learning wheel and clutch control how you should be taught and many other things. its shocking how little i learnt is such a big amount of time some people are passing after the amount of lessons and hours i had where i havent when touched the A14 and hardly did manoeuvres at all

I just passed my test in first attempt! Couldn't thank enough to Javid whom I can recommend to anyone. He is such a professional instructor who knows how to guide you thorough not only to just pass your test but to become a good driver overall. Thanks Javid and Benson school of driving. Asela

I booked AND confirmed with this company AND my husband and called to confirm something else with them. On the day, WEEKS after waiting for this booking, I called to confirm my address because the instructor was late. Now to be told that no one is coming and there are no instructors available in my area. No voicemail was left for me. No one said anything when we called after the initial booking. No professional organisation. To say I am livid is an understatement. WEEKS gone. And now to start the search over again. Absolutely appalling service.

If you want help with parking then think again. The instructors have no idea how to park and just leave their cars in the middle of the road, blocking any vehicle from passing. Not exactly a good impression on existing or future customers.

Avoid this company. There is no option for zero star so selected one star. I sent a enquiry for driving lessons couple of weeks back. A guy from customer care team rang me and booked driving lessons. Couple of days later the driving instructor rang me and said he can't do on that date because he was overbooked. Few dates later I did get an email from Management team asking if they can help. I spoke to a lady and booked the driving lessons again with a female instructor. Couple of days later the driving instructor rang me again and said the female instructor is not available and was trying to re-book my classes. I was confused. So called the customer care team again spoke to the same lady and she says the female instructor whom I have booked doesn't cover my area. So cannot go ahead with the driving lessons. This is totally unprofessional. The customer care team doesn't have access to the drivers calendar or doesn't know which area who covers which is annoying. They are not in sync at all. Good that I realized the whole company is a mess before I started the driving lessons. Plz don't waste your time dealing with this driving school.
