An absolute scam. I sent 5m of swimwear fabric initially to be printed and this turned out perfect. However, when I sent over 15m of this remaining fabric and 5m of a silk fabric (which has been coated for digital printing) things took an absolute U turn. I informed the company that I was on a deadline and they told me they had no problems with this. I got no communication from the company at all when my fabrics got there- I actually had to inform them that they had been delivered. Two weeks after this I was informed that they couldn't print on the silk when scheduled as I didn't send it on a roll (they never told me to do this) and that they would lay it flat over the weekend and print on monday. On monday I heard nothing from them and informed them I just sent them the rest of the fabric on a roll to be printed as I was really running out of time. They were fine with this and agreed it was a good idea. Hours later I got a phone call from them saying they couldn't print on the fabric on friday as the material was to thin, not what they were told me about there being creases on the material. They were fine with me sending the exact same roll of fabric to them even though they knew they couldn't print on it. Anyone that couriers rolls of material knows how expensive it is to send these. They also did this knowing I was distressed about running out of time, but they were fine with wasting more. It was as if they were taking the complete piss out of me. We agreed to just printing the rest of the swimwear material the exact same way as the previous 5ma nd leaving it at that. I received the material today and I broke down in tears at the sight of it. They had printed only 4m of the material and used the print meant for the silk. I made it so clear that this was to be the same print as last time they printed on this material. I thought this would be easy as they already have the print and how it should be repeated on file. When brining this up to them and mentioning how much time they had wasted of mine and how embarrassing the material I got send was they told me that actually the ink they use in there printing is not suitable for a collection as they can not withstand multiple washes / exposure to water. This is a swimwear line I am creating and I only got told this after they had all my money and done the half job work they had. Safe to say I will never use this company again. I have spent the last week in tears because of this company as they have single handedly destroyed my first collection because of their diabolical communication. I honestly feel like I have been scammed. Please steer clear of this company if you value your time, money and sanity.
