Sawston Car Wash

Terrible service. Worst car wash I have ever been to. Upon arrival asked for the 20 gold wash/valet to be told my car is too big even though this covers medium sized vehicles as per there price list (i have an Audi A3). After agreeing to this i was hoping for a very good interior and exterior clean. The grill and wheels were still dirty upon completion along with interior door trims. Asked to have these cleaned and got told this is all you get for 25. If you dont like it, dont come back. When replying to ask why this wouldnt be cleaned given I had paid for a Gold valet and not just a standard wash, i was told that if I want a proper clean I should pay the 40 for the next level up. Absolutely shocking service and mediocre clean. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for a clean inside and out including a polish, inside was done amazing but the outside parts didn't look like they had been touched and they broke my aux, definitely not worth 80 quid
