Excellent experience, with the ever-attentive Raymond seeking to meet our requirements despite our ideas developing & changing as we progressed; all done quickly & with minimum fuss, an early time slot became available & after short deliberation it was decided it could be done. The installation team arrived on time, were polite, friendly, clean & delivered a working system within a day. So far it (a simple ashp air-to-air system) is performing well, although it may lead a little tweaking for optimum performance. Overall couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!
