        1st load I got was great, wood was cut just right and burnt beautifully, unfortunately last 2 delivery's wood not great its been way too chunky, had to buy an axe to cut them down plus ticked the box when ordering to notify me when they were delivering, they didn't notify me and turned up on door first thing on Saturday morning, won't be using again.

        Service from Logwise is always excellent. My orders usually arrives the next day even though I don't request it. Delivery drivers are so helpful. The logs burn well and the firelighters are amazing.

        There was a bit of delay because of supply problems with the briquettes. But Gareth was extremely helpful, and communicated at all stages. The briquettes are well-packed, so cleaner to handle than logs. I'm very please.
