        Recently contacted Mr. Howard re problem with a tv. Took the tv to him where he diagnosed the problem and got back to me promptly. No charge. Unfortunately the replacement parts were no longer available. I would certainly have asked him to effect the repair if possible. He was also prepared to provide me with a tv whilst he investigated. Excellent, friendly service. Thoroughly recommend.
