Delivery woman was very rude to me when I had struggled to pick up a " missed you note, but I had read but was struggling to pick up she said " you need to read this in obnoxious tone. I am disabled , I told her not to be so rude. She took the hump and refused to deliver. We have used the pharmacy since the 70s!. She spoke to me as if I was backward, I have a degree, has she?. I noticed today shop assistant asked if I could move, someone was going to use machine. Of course I would move, but I havevert poor mobility, so abit of patience , courtesy wouldn't go amiss!. Also no please,, no socisl Grace's. I had to pick up some antibiotics, I had forgotten, and heard her talking about me " shes back", -which I ignored. I dont miss much though, if she has a problem with me she should speak to me, not do things in a snipey way. She describes herself as a care assistant, but the customer care definitely could do with improvement. I am always friendly, pleasant, when I go in, but there is definitely a bad attitude towards me. I will not be talked about when I am there in front of the woman. Nor be treated like a second class citizen . I may have mobility issues, but am not in the least bit backward. I worked fir Mencap, and have cert ed in teaching special needs, so you shouldn't judge s book by their cover. I have lived in Sawbridgeworth all my life, and am definitely not something that crawled out from under a stone!.As a family we have bern customers going back to the 70s I she?. None peprescription 8n. I missed her once, when didn't know she was coming. Pharmacist moaned at me!. Not the place it was, as they refused to try tobreeilve the usdur. I
