The I Practice

I have been going to the family run I Practice for over 20 years and have always received a professional and friendly service. They have a great selection of glasses and will go out of their way to help you. I would not hesitate to recommend the I Practice.

Really appreciate the time and effort that Simon and his super team take, not only providing comprehensive, friendly and reassuring eye health and vision checks for myself and the children, but going the extra mile with amazing customer service too

Very friendly staff, the optician Mr Chappell was very nice and you felt relaxed why having the eye test, and very thorough. I was very lucky I didn't need to change my glasses, I hadn't had an eye check for 3 years. I would highly recommend the I practice.

If you are looking for an Optician in the Sawbridgeworth (or even Bishop Stortford) area, I can't understand why you would look further than "The I Practice". I have been using this practice for the last 5 years or so, since my previous Optician retired and haven't looked back. You get excellent and friendly customer service and at competitive prices. Much better than the larger chains. Look no further.
