        My aunt died so we have been trying to contact them via the telephone. We have rung the Sawbridgeworth office but their automated telephone system keeps putting us through to the Barking Office; then regardless as to which option we press we get an automated message saying they are all busy and someone will call us back. 3 hours later and still no response. An absolutely appalling service giving me the impression of total incompetence.
