        What a fantastic service from start to finish! I have used the open window company for windows and a door at the front of my house and they look amazing and have really transformed my home! From first visiting their showroom to the day of installation I was well informed and kept updated throughout! Clear and competitive pricing from a friendly, non-pushy and knowledgeable team. Great Job! I highly recommend them to all looking for new doors and windows!

        The Open Window Company replaced all our old aluminium windows and doors with smart new UPVC windows - including a new Solidor front door - during the coldest week of the winter in January. We could not fault Simon's professionalism, transparency, patience and non-pushy approach when advising us on the options available, pricing and survey - he was a pleasure to deal with. Glen and Grant worked tirelessly in freezing conditions to install our windows but, unfortunately, the installation didn't go as smoothly as hoped and overran as several issues arose and there were a number of snags. But Simon and his dedicated team did return to resolve these to our satisfaction and we are now enjoying our new windows.

        Great service! Simon gave good advice and didn't use any pressure sales tactics. The guys who installed the windows and door were polite, friendly, didn't make too much mess, and cleaned up well afterwards. We would definitely recommend The Open Window Company to friends.

        Not usual for me to give reviews (I expect a decent service) but this time, well, these guys are an exception. What an experience. This company does things right from start to finish. Five Star Service . No gimmicks, no pushy salesmen, professional people who listen to your requirements and give honest advice. They discuss every aspect of costs, timetables etc. Great price incidentally. Fitters are experienced, courteous, careful and tidy. If you need new windows give this company a ring. Thanks boys (and Shelley)
