        Mark serviced my printer a year ago and it runs smooth and without a hitch, very happy. This morning I called for his advice (because the manufacturers support desk was hopeless) and within 5 minutes Mark was able to give me a definitive diagnosis and I now know exactly what to do. *That* is top service. Recommended :-)
