Unfortunately had an unpleasant transaction with 'Kevin'. Bought a car off ebay and had it delivered. As it was parked up I noticed fluid leaking from the engine bay and turns out the header tank had split. Craven cars denied to accept this even though I offered video evidence. Was also told it had service history which turns out it has part service history as it stops at 2016. Currently taking legal guidance as traders must provide at least 3 months warranty

Bought a zafira from here a couple of years back and there was no pushy selling tactics they just gave me the keys and let me go for a test drive, I realised there was a small issue and they agreed and got it fixed before I bought it.

Went to view this car a few weeks ago, lovely car but overpriced. Today it was still up for sale but he would now accept 1,000 less and we went to buy it. After giving it a good look over and test driving it again we were happy to buy it for the price. This is when the problems started, he said as he'd reduced it so much he would only sell it to us as a trade deal and would not give any warranty and the receipt would state sold as an unroadworthy vehicle, I wasn't happy as I would not have been able to put my own warranty on it, he then offered me a blank receipt as well so I could write whatever I wanted on it but would deny giving it to me. Things were seeming very strange, still I wanted the car, he would not take my credit card as the fees where high, so I offered my debit card, good as cash, again he said no, he wanted cash as he'd have to pay 70 fees, I offered to pay half the fees but I wanted a proper receipt, he now got angry and told me he wasn't going to sell it to me. Something very wrong with this dealer. We had to walk away from a car we wanted to buy as we didn't trust this dealer and the conditions he wanted to sell us the car under were by no means legitimate. My advice is to avoid at all costs.
