Had a delivery last week. We are trying to get replacement chairs but their phone line says moving offices for the second week! Is anyone else having a problem getting through?

I had the misfortune of dealing with Kingsley Smythe this summer. The furniture is nice, but don't expect any service. They got the colour of my cushions wrong. I tried to call, only to get a message that they are too busy to take calls. I then tried to email. I never got a response. I finally tried Facebook messenger, where I got a response after 3 weeks, but they did not resolve the issue and went silent on me. Very very disappointed. The customer service is as important as the product itself, and Kingsley Smythe has none.

I would not even rate them one!!I ordered a furniture set, turned up pretty quick but when it arrived, i noticed that the wrong sized table had been sent outs I contacted the company, took about 2 weeks to get an actually response ,and they would not exchange the item because it went against their T&Cs and they don't accept returns, overall it took just over 3 weeks for this to finish, and they would not offer any money back or exchange the table because it was my fault, which they know dam well it was their fault ,so not recommend as they are just a money grabbing company!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a table set (one of the more expensive ones). Now falling apart when we bought it less than a year ago. Terrible customer service. Laura (owners daughter) does not reply on email and no one answers the phone. On top of that we were promised cushions and an umbrella in a certain colour. Cushions took months and umbrella still hasn't arrived rf

Very poor service. My mum ordered a round table with lazy Susan and x4 double seat benches on 12th May. On the delivery one of the seats was split with wood sticking out into where youd sit, the lazy Susan didnt work and the cushions came in a different colour than what was ordered. After countless times trying to call, which the phone number isnt being answered and then trying to contact via website which the contact us doesnt work, so you email which takes a long time to answer. Mum finally got a reply and arranged for a new seat and look at the lazy Susan to be looked at however when they arrived didnt know about the lazy Susan. They took it away for repair and we havent heard anything since. Mum has emailed to say she wasnt happy and needed it by 14th July on 8th July. Now summer is going by and still not sorted and they havent replied with any updates or sent out a replacement. Paid over 2000 for the furniture and cant use it. We have family visiting from France and now have a big hole left in the table.
