        We booked a spa and dinner evening for my wifes birthday at short notice online. We received a phone call the next day to say, there was no availability. This was one day before her birthday. We asked if we could change to another time earlier in the day and that wasn't possible either. Do not offer online booking's if you cannot offer it and need to cancel them.
