        Doesn't even deserve a star, I actually feel like crying after leaving. Stopped with my toddler 24/02/23 around 13.30, when I walked in a red haired male employee shouted 'I'm not serving, I've had a two hour rush' I could see there was food there , I replied 'you're joking' as I was disappointed, he was rude and flippant towards me and the baby, I was shocked, so I proceed to the loo with my toddler, I then left and went next door to use baby change, when I came out I seen a large crowd gathered in subway, I went in and asked 'are you serving now then', he ran towards me and the baby screaming, 'l told you 7mins' (he didn't, he said he wasn't serving at all to me, he may of said that to other customers), I've been here since 5am this morning, I said to him 'I've been travelling since 2am'. Beyond bad customer service, disgraceful actually.
