Treetech gave us a competitive quote for several tress and hedges that needed either removal or reducing, providing good advice and clear descriptions/marked up photos of what we'd agreed. Within a couple of weeks the work was booked in and then carried out exactly as described. Couldn't have been more impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommended.

I used Treetech two years ago to have some tree stumps and roots dealt with. That service was very good, apart from a delay in the quote coming through. The equipment was well up to the job, and the operator was swift and thorough. However, if you're trying to order logs from them, which is service provided on their website, I wouldn't bother. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and emails go ignored. Poor communication really lets this company down.
