        Caroline and Valerie have been taking care of my cats when I'm on holiday for many years now. The cats are well cared for and have an outside space to sunbathe and have a sniff of fresh air. I feel reassured that they are safe and sound so I can relax and enjoy being away.

        Well looked after but wanted to charge for 13 days when our cat was there for only 12. We had to have 3 discussions on this with different people. Had to follow up on the initial booking too as had no acknowledgement and it became apparent in the call that our cat hadnt been booked in. No apology given. Also recently increased daily rate which we were told on following up on the initial booking. Communication should be better.
