Had a great experience at Carsa Southampton today. Working with Gideon who was absolutely fantastic. He was a genuine, honest and charming salesperson. Made us feel comfortable the whole time and definitely gave us a great car buying experience. Would like to thank the whole team for looking after us. Would definitely recommend this place for someone buying a car.

Came here to genuinely buy a car. My first experience about two years ago was a miserable experience when I was trying to buy a merc but I could only see it if I pay deposit, after long winded zoom meeting I paid that deposit for a car that was in a prep centre getting valeted etc. In the end I never saw a car and I had to battle to get my deposit back as a car meant to be ready next day every day for two weeks. And very recently my missus saw an Astra that she liked, so she booked a viewing. Upon arrival we was welcomed and we collected keys to the car, we went for a drive and car was actually lovely, we wanted to buy this car. When we came back to forecourt salesmans are swapped and we had to talk to little unprofessional fella(he never introduced himself), we sat down and we started to talk about all the process but we had one concern that car was pulling quite heavy to left on flat road(m27). So salesman offered us 50 off the price(11.250) of the car so we could do the alignment/tracking by ourselves after a purchasing that car. I asked him politely if this could be done before purchase obviously we would put deposits and we would pay the rest after this is rectified. And all of the sudden attitude of man changed, he went round the corner pretending hes having a chat, then he came back saying that he will test drive the car to see if we are lying. So he didnt have a clue what is being sold to us. That put us off. We thank and we left obviously without any reaction from this guy. Professional
