Sonia has been an invaluable aid to helping me deal with injury after injury. She's thorough in her approach to assessing and evaluating what's going wrong. For over a year Sonia has been pretty successful at coming up with ways to treat and resolve everything I've presented her with.

A very easy and lovely first experience with Sonia. Well before the appointment time, Sonia sent a message explaining the location and where to park. During the massage, she always tried to understand how you feel, and gave advices. Sonia is very lovely and welcoming, my husband had back pain for some time, 2 days after the massage, Sonia messaged to check how he felt after the massage and how the advice have been followed. Surely will come back and recommend.

Sonia is incredibly friendly, very helpful and really skilled at sports massage. She really listened to what proble,s I had and focused on getting to the roots of the tension in my shoulders and neck and on my calves. She also gave me stretches and exercises to follow to help after treatment. A 5 star service from a great masseuse, I would highly recommend.
