My computer was out of date and I was struggling to update it in a drastic sense. I took it to Tekguys and found them to be absolutely brilliant. Prompt service, efficient and knowledgeable. I received a friendly welcome and they even made me a cup of tea while I waited. It was well made too, I'm fussy with my tea. My hard drive needed replacing, my operating system upgrading as well as repairs to my authentications. This was done within a matter of days and I received good communication during the interval to keep me apprised. Would definitely return here with any tech concerns. Thank you guys (and gals) for dragging me into the modern era. Andy

I have waited patiently for my final problems to be resolved without success so I am posting this review to warn other companies to steer clear of this company. We worked successfully with the company CCD before it was bought out by Tekguys. Since the takeover we encountered nothing but problems and I feel that due to some of their engineers lack of experience, some of the problems they tried to fix caused other problems down the line. We had meetings with them to give them more of a chance to resolve issues, which they assured us they would but in the end we had no alternative but to move to another company. They don't even reply to emails anymore. Since then, all issues have been resolved quickly and easily with our new IT support. We get a quick service if we need to and they have been very surprised to find how out system has been set up, it was no wonder we had some issues. All problems with them have been documented. I am really sorry to have to put a bad review in but I would hate anyone else to have to go through the same as we did.
