My baby wouldnt sleep through the night and would wake up every 2 hours on a good day! After sleep school, he was sleeping through the night within 5 days! Emma was understanding and came armed with tools and tweaks to help improve sleep for all!

Emma has changed our lives. We approached Emma to work with her when our son was 4months old. He was waking every 40mins to 1.5hrs throughout the night, barely napping and only when rocked or motion to sleep. We were absolutely exhausted and all three of us in need of help. Emma was constantly on hand to help whenever we needed it even on weekends and evenings when she knew we needed her. Our son, now 7 months, sleeps in his own cot by peacefully settling himself, only 1/2 night wakings and naps so well and easily in the day. The process was supportive and reassuring as well as kind and sensitive of the individual needs of our son. From where we were to where we are now is just unbelievable and we are so grateful for our time working with Emma. We would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with newborn sleep.

I found out about Emma through a baby group I go to. At the time our little boy was 10m & waking 2-3 times every night and would only settle after having a feed. He would also leak his nappy most nights due to all the milk he was drinking! I thought that he needed this milk, hence why I continued with it, but Ive now realised that we were literally feeding the problem! Our little boy would also only nap in a buggy or in the car. We explained all of this to Emma in our intro video call and Emma said she could help reduce night wakes and the feed to sleep association, plus introduce cot naps. We knew straight away we were in safe hands. It all felt a little daunting to start with but we made some massive realisations straight away, one being that the Euan the Dream Sheep was not aiding his sleep at all, quite the opposite actually. Part of our phased plan was to sit next to our little boy at bedtime until he fell asleep the first time I did this the sheep was playing in his cot, as normal, baby was tossing and turning in the cot, and the instant the sheep finished its 20min lullaby he relaxed and fell asleep!!! The second it stopped!! We quickly worked through the different stages of helping our baby settle, and introducing a dreamfeed initially.. it was great to have ongoing structure and support from Emma. We would check in most days and shed give us some pointers to tweak the plan. It was great, so even when we were all awake at 4am trying to help baby resettle, it was all in the plan, and I believed in it and Emma. I really liked Emmas approach to helping our little boy sleep it was all about reassuring him and comforting him, letting him know we were there for him, and giving him the skills and independence to learn how to settle back to sleep himself. There was no shutting the door and letting him cry it out. The thought of that just didnt sit right with me. We paid for a support package with Emma, where we had a number of video calls and email support. We would email Emma with our little boys sleep log every few days, which detailed how much sleep hed had during the day, the wake windows, bedtime, and settling times. Also any notes pre and post midnight. Emma would then come back to us with suggestions. For us this worked really well. And the results speak for themselves. We have gone from late bedtimes, 2-3 wake ups during the night (for milk), plus only sleeping in the buggy or car and us generally being really fed up, upset, exhausted from the constant broken nights and nap battles.. to A 12month old that can now sleep through the night!!!! We havent given him milk during the night for weeks. He regularly sleeps for 1.5-2hours in the COT!! And we generally feel so much more in tune with his sleep needs, and we have a happier baby, and were happier parents as a result! We truly recommend Emma and the Sleep Nanny programme, its worth every single penny! X

From around christmas, when the dreaded 4 month sleep regression hit, our youngest turned into a cat napper, needed a lot of support getting to sleep and would wake a lot at night, especially in the evening. After coming across Emma on Instagram and having an initial free 15 min call with her, I knew I needed tailored support with my 5.5 month olds sleep and that she could help. Emma has been fabulous - so much knowledge, support and very personable. After 3 weeks, weve seen a huge difference - evening wake ups are rare, we get long stretches as night and she self-settles. Naps are more successful too. Our consultation period is over but we feel like we have the knowledge and tools to move forward with our little ones sleep as she grows. Highly recommend Emma's services. Thank you so much.

Twinkle little stars sleep programme was excellent. It helped guide me through the early stages of sleep routines. Calls with Emma were really informative, she answered all the questions I had. Also gave me advice on how I can move away from breastfeeding associated sleep and make changes to allow my daughter to fall asleep independently which was our main sleep association I wanted to work on. We used Emma's programme for my older daughter 4 years ago and found it amazing, so decided to try the Twinkle newborn programme which has really helped put good habits into place in the early baby stages. Emma's advice has helped my daughter with her sleep already and she's still very young. I'd definitely recommend it.
