        I met Caroline in January of this year, I was a little apprehensive about therapy because of the stigma surrounding it! But its honestly the best thing Ive ever done. Caroline makes you feel comfortable and when I leave I always feel so much better. I have recommended her to friends and would recommend her to anyone.

        I went to see Caroline when I struggling with some personal difficulties and I needed to talk with someone who was neutral. Caroline was easy to talk to, very understanding and really helped me , I loved my sessions with her .
